The Mahogany Gates
The gates were custom built for a client in the Forest Hills section of Columbia. They were constructed of Mahogany and built in the shop, they were transported to the job site and affixed to the brick columns with custom-made ball-bearing hinges. Period latches and strikes were installed as well.
Antique Organ Repair Project
This project involved fabricating, attaching and carving new pieces of Mahogany to match the original.
This column base was badly rotted. We filled the inside with a sandable epoxy material and then worked it back to the original shape and primed prior to painting.
Custom Cherry Buffet
This Cherry Buffet was custom designed and built for a Columbia client. It has an inset Ebonized Rock Maple Serving Surface. This is prior to finishing.

Custom Thistle Carving for Church Lectern
Here is a carving of a thistle that I did for the Smith Chapel of the First Presbyterian Church in Columbia, SC. These photos show the, the carving process and the finished product. The process involved dyeing, staining and varnishing to achieve the proper color and patina.
